Please note that we have introduced a new utility (CareUpdate) to
automate the fee update process. Simply click on the link below to
download this new utility and then call us for the activation ID.
You must call us for your unique ID code or CareUpdate will
not work (this is a one-time requirement for the initial setup of
CareUpdate). Once you are set up with this utility, you can easily and
quickly update your billing fees with the press of a button.
Please note also that we have removed all links to directly download the
fee updates from our website. CareUpdate is now the only way to update
your fees although you can still call us and ask us to mail/e-mail you
the update if you wish. You must have a current maintenance contract in
order to be eligible to receive the update.
This utility is only available for Québec users at the moment.

How do I download?

Download CareUpdate
1. Right-Click on the file download link and select "Save Target As" in IE or "Save Link As" in Netscape.
2. Save file into your "Program Files\CareBiller" directory.
3. Run CareUpdate (call us for activation key).
